Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS: All appointments require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be paid online and the remaining balance will be due at the end of your service. We accept cash, debit and credit. LATE POLICY: Clients are allowed an 8 minute grace period for all appointments. Once this time has expired, your appointment will be canceled. Please contact us ahead of time, if you will be running late, to check for later availability. NO SHOW: If a client No Call/No Show their appointment, their account will automatically be disabled and blocked from booking any future appointments with Waxaholic Body Waxing. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: Clients are able to access all appointment information via email or the app. You will have until 24 hours prior to your appointment to make any changes. After this time has expired, you will no longer be able to make any changes and will need to contact your waxer to discuss any arrangements. If you are needing to cancel/reschedule a pre booked appointment, please be prepared to make 50% deposit payment.
