NO CHILDREN OF ANY AGE or EXTRA GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE SUITE WHEN SERVICES ARE BEING PERFORMED.

Please arrive to your appointment on time. Clients who are more than 8 minutes late will be considered a No Show and will no longer be able to book with WBW in the future.  Entry instructions are attached to your confirmation email/text

*In the event that you will be running late to your appointment, PLEASE contact your waxer to notify them. This is the only way to make arrangements if they are available. 832-929-9677

A "No Show" is a client who doesn't show up for their appointment nor did they communicate to let the waxer  know they would not be coming. Those who no show will no longer be able to book with WBW in the future. Please communicate with your waxer 832-929-9677

WBW understands that things happen and sometimes they happen at the very last minute. All is asked is that you communicate so that arrangements can be made. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the balance and the clients appointment can be rescheduled if they wish. The 50% that is paid, however, does not go towards the new appointment. Please contact your waxer to notify of any same day cancellations 832-929-9677

Clients will receive a reminder text/email 4 days prior to their appointment. At that time if you wish to make changes to the services you previously booked, please text 832-929-9677 to request those changes. Changes can be made if time is available.
